  • Managing a secure vault
  • Points and rewards system

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LoveTask. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use LoveTask only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Share intimate, explicit, or sexually suggestive imagery

5. Content Reporting

If you receive inappropriate, harmful, or non-consensual content from your partner, you may report it by contacting us at team@lovetask.app. We take all reports seriously and may take action including suspending or terminating accounts that violate these terms.

You may also disconnect from your partner at any time through the app settings, which will prevent further communication.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and share through LoveTask. Your content is end-to-end encrypted, meaning we cannot access or read it. By using the service, you grant us a license to store and transmit your encrypted content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your partner.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of LoveTask is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data securely.

8. Points and Rewards

The points system in LoveTask is for entertainment and relationship engagement purposes only. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or goods outside the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LoveTask at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoveTask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use LoveTask.
